Yard sign:

property. Also, John will place a custom designed 'topper' on your yard
sign providing a brief description of your property.
Info tube:
John will attach a plastic information tube to your yard sign and supply
you with flyers to distribute via the tube. These information sheets provide
a photo and a description of your home that are helpful in informing
buyers about the features of your property and encouraging the buyer to
call John for an appointment to view.
Highlight
Booklets:
John will prepare comprehensive color photo highlight booklets, which
will be displayed in your home in a plexiglass rack for the benefit of
the buyers who will be viewing your property. Also, John will be providing
you with a tasteful floor sign requesting that buyers please remove their
shoes and refrain from smoking while in your home.
Agent's Open House:
All members of the Victoria Real Estate Board are invited to tour your
home on a specific date and time and are given a highlight sheet on your
property. The Agents Open House gives John the opportunity to introduce
your property to all the Realtors while providing you with feedback as
to condition and price.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS):
Your home will be featured on an ongoing basis until sold in the MLS book,
MLS computer system and on the MLS Internet site. The MLS system is a

In addition to your property being featured (including 9 color photos) on
the Victoria Real Estate Board's web site www.mls.ca, John will ensure that your

web site, including 25 color photos in a slideshow format at www.johnvernon.com.
Newspaper Advertising:
Newspaper advertising, if properly planned, forms an integral part of
a balanced marketing plan. John has learned over the years how to strike
a balance between overexposing and underexposing your property in the
print media. To put a fresh face on his newspaper advertising, John rewrites
his ads regularly and guarantees that your property will receive balanced
