These information sheets provide a photo and a description of your home that are helpful in informing buyers about the features of your property and encouraging the buyer to call John for an appointment to view.

John will prepare comprehensive color photo highlight booklets, which will be displayed in your home in a plexiglass rack for the benefit of the buyers who will be viewing your property. Also, John will be providing you with a tasteful floor sign requesting that buyers please remove their shoes and refrain from smoking while in your home.

Agent's Open House:
All members of the Victoria Real Estate Board are invited to tour your home on a specific date and time and are given a highlight sheet on your property.
